Create your account
Creating a SwiftSurvey account takes less than a minute and gives you access to the full survey builder, response analytics, and team collaboration features. All plans start with a free tier so you can explore the platform before upgrading.
Sign-up flow
Go to the sign-up page and enter your full name, email address, and a password. Your password must be at least 8 characters and include a mix of letters and numbers. The sign-up form is protected by Turnstile verification to prevent automated account creation, so no additional CAPTCHA challenges are required.
Email verification
After submitting the sign-up form, a verification email is sent to your inbox. Click the link in the email to verify your account and sign in automatically. Verification helps protect your account and enables features like password recovery and team invitations. Learn more in the email verification guide.
Your workspace
After sign-up, a default workspace named Personal is created for you. You can keep this name or rename it anytime under Settings → Workspaces. Workspaces group your surveys, members, and billing. Free plan users can own up to 2 workspaces — upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited workspaces. Learn more in the workspaces guide.
Troubleshooting
- Didn't get the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, or click "Resend verification email" on the sign-up page. Whitelist noreply@swiftsurvey.co.ke to ensure delivery.
- Already have an account? Sign in here or reset your password if needed.
- Turnstile blocked? If the sign-up form does not submit, ensure your browser supports JavaScript and disable ad-blockers that may interfere.
