View responses
The Responses tab is where you review, filter, and analyze the submissions collected from your published surveys. You can browse individual responses one by one or switch to a summary view with aggregated charts and statistics.
Summary view
The summary tab shows aggregated results for each question in your survey. Multiple choice questions display as bar or pie charts with percentage breakdowns. Rating and NPS questions show average scores and distribution histograms. Text responses are listed inline for quick scanning. You can toggle between chart types and filter by date range.
Individual responses
Switch to the Individual tab to browse each submission one at a time. Each response shows the respondent's answers, submission timestamp, and time taken to complete the survey. Use the search bar to find responses by email, name, or specific answer content. The previous/next navigation lets you move through responses quickly, and you can delete individual submissions if needed.
Filtering & search
Filter responses by date range, completion status (complete or partial), or by answer values on specific questions. Combine filters to narrow down to exactly the responses you need. The filter bar supports questions like "Show all responses where rating is less than 3."
