Start faster with ready-made templates for common use cases. Templates include pre-built questions, sections, and welcome screens — just customize and publish.
Using a template
On your dashboard, scroll to the Templates section. Browse categories like Customer Feedback, Employee Engagement, Education, Market Research, and more. Click a template to preview it, then click Use this template to create a new survey with all questions and sections pre-filled.
Available categories
- Customer feedback — NPS surveys, satisfaction surveys, feature requests
- Employee engagement — pulse surveys, onboarding feedback, exit interviews
- Education — course evaluations, exam quizzes, research surveys
- Market research — product surveys, brand awareness, pricing studies

Customizing a template
After creating a survey from a template, you can add, remove, or reorder questions just like any other survey. Templates are starting points — everything is editable.
