Reset your password

If you forget your password, you can reset it in a few steps. A reset link is sent to your email — no account access needed to start.

Steps to reset

  1. Go to the sign-in page
  2. Click Forgot password? below the password field
  3. Enter your email address and submit
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from SwiftSurvey
  5. Click the link in the email — it takes you to a page where you can set a new password
  6. Enter your new password and confirm
  7. Sign in with your new password

Didn't get the email?

  • Check your spam or promotions folder
  • Make sure you entered the same email you used to sign up
  • Whitelist noreply@swiftsurvey.co.ke in your email settings
  • Reset links expire after 1 hour — request a new one if needed
