Share your survey
Once your survey is published, you can distribute it through multiple channels to reach your target audience. SwiftSurvey provides a share popup with all distribution options in one place.
Share popup
Click the Share button on any published survey to open the share popup. From here you can copy the survey link, generate a QR code, download a QR code image, or access the embed code. The popup also displays your survey's short slug-based URL so you can share it verbally or on printed materials.
Link sharing
Every published survey gets a unique URL based on its slug (e.g., swiftsurvey.co.ke/s/your-survey). Copy the link and share it via email, social media, messaging apps, or any other channel. You can edit the slug from the survey settings to create a more memorable URL.
QR codes
Generate a QR code from the share popup — download it as a PNG for print, posters, or displays. You can also enable QR codes directly on your survey's welcome screen and thank-you screen via the survey settings. Toggle Show QR code on either screen so respondents can scan to open the survey on their phone — ideal for events, clinics, and field data collection.
