Plans overview
SwiftSurvey offers four plan tiers from free to enterprise. Compare features, limits, and pricing below.
Plan tiers
- Free — 10 responses/month, core question types, basic themes, 2 workspaces. For individuals getting started.
- Starter — 100 responses/month, AI features, custom branding, Google Forms import/export. KES 500/month.
- Pro — 1,000 responses/month, advanced logic, integrations, translations, analytics, automations. KES 2,500/month.
- Enterprise — 10,000+ responses/month, SSO, custom limits, priority support, SLA. Contact sales.
Feature gating & locked buttons
Some features in the builder appear with a lock icon or are disabled. This means the feature requires a higher plan tier. Clicking a locked feature shows which plan unlocks it and links directly to the upgrade page. Features are gated by capability (not plan name), so upgrading instantly unlocks everything at your new tier.
To upgrade, go to Settings → Billing and select your desired plan. Payment Payment is processed via M-Pesa (KES) and international cards (USD).
Free tier rules
- Maximum 2 free workspaces per owner
- Free workspaces require a verified email owner before collecting responses
- Response limits are pooled across all free workspaces — adding workspaces doesn't increase your total
- Workspaces you own count toward the cap; workspaces you're invited to as a member do not
